Welcome to Trail Explorers. These Terms govern your use of our services, bookings, and
participation. By booking or participating in any event organized by Trail Explorers, you agree to
these Terms.
1. Booking & Payment
Bookings are confirmed after receipt of payment. Prices may vary due to external factors.
Participants must provide accurate information during registration.
2. Cancellation Policy
≥15 days before departure: 70% refund
7–15 days: 40% refund
<7 days: No refund
Trail Explorers may cancel or reschedule trips for safety or weather; refunds or credits will be
offered.
3. Participant Conduct
Participants must follow guides’ instructions. Misconduct, drug/alcohol use, or endangering others
will result in removal without refund.
4. Health & Fitness
Disclose medical conditions in advance. Participation is voluntary and at your own risk. Insurance is
recommended.
5. Liability
Trail Explorers is not responsible for loss, injury, or delay due to natural or unforeseen causes.
Liability is limited to the trip amount paid.
6. Media & Intellectual Property
Trail Explorers may use trip photos/videos for promotion unless the participant opts out in writing.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of courts in
